Please note that, for this funding opportunity, I am currently able to consider UK/Home-fee eligible students only; international-fee students are not eligible for this studentship.

The departmental studentship scheme is highly competitive. I am therefore particularly interested in hearing from outstanding candidates with a strong academic and research background and an interest in insect genetics, genome engineering, sex determination and/or sustainable genetic approaches to pest control.
